Shipping Policy

1. Delivery method

All services and products on mualike.pro are delivered online:

• Social media services: performed directly on the link you provide when ordering.
• Proxies and digital products: delivery details are shown in your account (purchase history).

We do not send anything by post or courier.

2. Processing time

• Orders enter automatic processing right after successful payment from your balance.
• Start time and completion speed differ per package and are stated in the package description on the order page.
• In-stock proxies and digital products are usually delivered right after payment.

3. Shipping fees

There are no shipping fees. The price shown on the order page is the amount you pay for the order.

4. Coverage

Services are provided online to customers in any country where the target platform allows them. You are responsible for providing the correct link/information and keeping the content public while the order is running.

5. Order tracking

Order status (pending, in progress, completed, refunded...) is updated in the Order History section of your account.

6. Delayed or undeliverable orders

If an order cannot be fulfilled or is only partially completed, the unfulfilled part is handled under our Refund Policy. You can submit a request via the Contact page.
