Content Policy

1. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all orders placed via mualike.pro, public API (mualike.pro API and Panel API), proxy configurations, digital products, as well as all target links and content that users submit or host using resources from mualike.pro.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed not to use the service for the 7 categories of content below.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

2.1. Violations of Vietnamese Law

• Drugs, weapons, banned goods under state regulations.
• Gambling, online betting in any form.
• Fraudulent cryptocurrency: bitcoin doublers, pyramid schemes, scam coins, "invest X2 in 24h" solicitations.
• Prostitution, pimping, sex-related services.
• Counterfeit goods, fake brand products of registered trademarks.

2.2. Sensitive Political Content

• Content undermining the Party and State of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
• Disinformation, defamation of officials, government agencies.
• Inciting protests, unrest, riots, or separatism.

2.3. Hate Speech & Discrimination

• Racial, regional, religious, gender, or sexual orientation discrimination.
• Insulting, defaming, or damaging the reputation of individuals.
• Threats, inciting violence, calling for assault.

2.4. Adult Content (18+)

• Pornographic, nudity, explicit sexual content.
• Promotion of sexual services, pimping.
• Offensive content, contrary to social morality.

2.5. Harming Competitors

• Boosting likes/shares/comments for posts criticizing or attacking competitors.
• Spamming negative comments, defaming competitor pages/products.
• Destroying the reputation of individuals or businesses via fake engagement.

2.6. Fraud & Phishing

• Fake bank, e-wallet, e-commerce platform pages to steal user information/money.
• Shortened links hiding suspicious destinations.
• "Click to receive free gifts," "You've won," "Super-profit investment" and variant scams.
• Soliciting card top-ups or bank transfers under the guise of support or fake charity.

2.7. Copyright Infringement

• Movies, music, videos illegally copied from copyrighted sources.
• Pirated e-books, scanned books without author permission.
• Cracked software, illegal license keys, unauthorized shared accounts.
• Images, graphics copied from other authors without permission.

3. Consequences of Violation

When mualike.pro detects an order or account violating this policy (through internal review, reports from other users, requests from authorities, or third-party platforms), we will apply the following measures in order of priority:

1. Immediately cancel the order — no prior notice, no waiting for confirmation.
2. NO REFUND for amounts already deducted for violating orders. This amount is transferred to the operations fund to handle similar reports.
3. Permanently ban the account — block website access, API key, freeze remaining balance.
4. Ban IP & related accounts — detected via device fingerprint, IP, matching payment method.
5. Report to authorities — for serious violations (large-scale fraud, political content, drugs, etc.), mualike.pro proactively provides information to competent authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

Found another user using mualike.pro for prohibited content? Report it to help us act quickly — and you get rewarded:

• Zalo/Official Fanpage: private message to the support channel.

Reporting reward: 10–50% of the violating order value credited to your mualike.pro account balance, depending on severity and evidence quality. False reports to harm other users are also considered a policy violation.

5. Policy Updates

mualike.pro reserves the right to update the list of prohibited content at any time to comply with legal regulations, social media platform policies, and operational realities. The latest version is always posted on this page; the update date is shown in the meta bar above.
