1. Introduction

mualike.pro is a platform providing social media engagement services, proxy services, and digital products. These terms apply to all individuals and organizations accessing and using mualike.pro services (collectively referred to as "you" or "user").

2. Definitions

• mualike.pro / we: the platform and operating entity providing services.
• Service: social media engagement packages, proxy servers, and digital products listed on mualike.pro.
• Proxy: proxy servers (IPv4, IPv6, residential/datacenter, rotating proxies) provided by mualike.pro for connection routing.
• Digital Products: virtual assets such as digital accounts, software licenses, API keys, digital files, software downloads, or plan upgrades sold on mualike.pro.
• Order: a request to use a service package or purchase a product created by you.
• Balance: funds you deposit into your mualike.pro wallet to pay for orders.
• Account: your personal login account on mualike.pro.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 15 years old, or use the service under supervision of a legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and placing orders.
• You are solely responsible for all activities arising from your account.
• mualike.pro reserves the right to refuse service in cases of suspected violation of terms or law.

4. Account & Security

You are responsible for securing your password and login credentials. All transactions and orders made through your account are considered to be performed by you. Please notify mualike.pro immediately if you detect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Orders & Service Delivery

• Orders are created based on the package and variant you select. The price is locked (snapshot) at the time of placing the order and does not change afterward.
• For social media engagement, progress and completion time depend on the type of service. Once started, it may not be cancellable or only partially cancellable. You are responsible for keeping the target link public.
• For proxies, access credentials (IP, port, username, password) are delivered to your account dashboard. Configuration and compatibility are your responsibility.
• For digital products, login credentials, product keys, or download links are delivered instantly or as detailed in the product description.

6. Pricing & Payment

Service prices are listed in VND. Orders are paid using the balance in your mualike.pro wallet. Deposits and use of balance are governed by the Payment Policy.

7. Prohibited Content & Behavior

When using mualike.pro, you may not:

• Place orders, configure proxies, or use digital products for any content or activities that violate Vietnamese law, are obscene, violent, fraudulent, or infringe on the legal rights of others.
• Use the service, proxies, or digital products to spam, harass, or harm third parties.
• Use proxies for cyberattacks (DDoS), port scanning, credential stuffing, scraping, cyber-fraud, or violating security policies of destination hosts.
• Resell or redistribute digital products without written permission from mualike.pro.
• Commit payment fraud, abuse system errors, or interfere with the platform without authorization.

8. Disclaimer

mualike.pro is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by any social media platform. All trademarks and names of platforms belong to their respective owners. mualike.pro strives to fulfill orders as committed, but does not guarantee absolute results as the service depends on policies that may change on social media platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, mualike.pro's maximum liability for an order shall not exceed the value of that order. mualike.pro is not liable for indirect or unforeseen damages arising from the use of the service.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

mualike.pro reserves the right to temporarily suspend or terminate accounts showing signs of violating terms or law. Balances generated through fraud will be reclaimed.

11. Changes to Terms

mualike.pro may update these terms from time to time. The new version is posted on this page. Your continued use of the service after the update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. All disputes will be resolved through negotiation first; if no agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before a competent court in Vietnam.
