Payment Policy

1. Currency

All transactions on mualike.pro are calculated in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Service prices, balance, and transaction history are all displayed in VND.

2. Deposit Methods

• Available now: Bank transfer / QRPay — automatically processed.
• Coming soon: USDT (cryptocurrency) and Visa/MasterCard.

The deposit page only shows methods that are currently available at the time you access it.

3. Deposit Process

1. You create a deposit order with the desired amount.
2. Transfer the exact amount with the exact reference code instructed by the system.
3. The system automatically credits your balance upon receiving payment — usually within a few minutes.

4. Using Your Balance

Your balance is used to pay for orders. When you place an order, the corresponding amount is deducted directly from your mualike.pro wallet balance.

5. Unmatched Transactions

If you transfer with the wrong reference or wrong amount, the transaction may not be automatically credited. In this case, please contact support and provide the transfer receipt for mualike.pro to manually reconcile.

6. Deposit Promotions & Membership Tiers

mualike.pro may apply deposit promotions and membership tier programs (from Bronze to Diamond) with corresponding benefits. Details are announced from time to time on the platform.

7. Refunds

Refunds for orders are processed in accordance with the Refund & Warranty Policy.

8. Payment Security

You should not share your login credentials with anyone. mualike.pro will never ask you to provide your password via message or phone.

9. Balance Notes

The balance in your mualike.pro wallet is an internal payment method for using services — it is not an investment product and does not accrue interest.
