Global is the safest choice for a comment you want to keep: minimum 30, a 30-day warranty and cancellation for undelivered parts. Likes come from foreign accounts, so anyone opening the likers list will see non-Vietnamese names.
Instant start is fast and also starts at 30, but its note is blunt: no warranty, no support for drops, and it only works on top-level comments, not replies. The 50K/day server with a 100 minimum shares those limits and adds that the comment must be visible without tapping "view more".
The "read description" server has a 7-day warranty but its own input format, recommends a small test first, allows no cancellation under any circumstances, and may struggle on videos with a very large number of comments. All servers price per like, shown once you pick one.
Entering the details correctly
On the two servers with a username field, paste the video link and enter the username of the person who wrote the comment, starting with @, for example @hoa.review. The system finds that account's comment on the video. If they commented several times on the same video, check with support first.
On the "read description" server, enter one line: video link, a vertical bar, then the commenter's username. For example: https://www.tiktok.com/@abc/video/1234|username. Without the bar, or with the username in the wrong place, the comment can't be found.
Before ordering, open the video in a logged-out incognito window and check the comment appears. Comments TikTok has hidden, keyword-filtered, or that only show after "view more comments" usually can't be reached. The creator's account must be public, the video visible to Everyone, and nobody needs your password.
